The problem
Often times when looking at websites for floral arrangements there isn't an option to customize your bouquets.
The goal
Create a page where the user can easily add plants/flowers to their own customizable bouquet. They can even choose their own vase.
User research
I conducted unmonitored user interviews to see how they experienced the Posy website. Before the interviews I knew that the Lo-Fi mockup wasn’t detailed enough leading to frustrations. After the interviews I found that that was exactly the case. Users wanted to see what was in their cart and wanted more direction and content to better understand what is next in the flow.
Persona Problem Statement
Olivia is a Interior Designer who needs custom bouquets to match each house she designs for.
Ideation
Site Map
Digital Wireframes
I originally titled the DIY bouquets as “create your own” but found that was confusing for the user so I changed the title to DIY bouquet and added a big title over the first set of pictures.
There will be three clickable pictures at the bottom for the 3 categories: plants, bouquets, and vases.
Finding
“Create your own” was misleading
